Editor cut sheet · September 2026

InstaMe. Five cuts, ready to build.

Blue = generate voiceover. Gold = use the linked clip’s own voice. Gray = original sound.

  • Generate blue VO for C1, C2, C5 and C6. C4 uses the founder’s own recorded words only. Copy buttons contain only words to generate.
  • C2 reaction and all C4 speech: use linked original audio. C2 VO goes before/after the reaction only. No music on C2/C4; keep real sound underneath all cuts.
  • Keep the correct dog and design together: Ollie in C1/C2; Pinkie in C5. No stock or generated shots.
  • End cards: product fills frame + InstaMe logo + the exact listed line/CTA, held 3s. “From $23” is a placeholder: confirm price and any shipping claim with InstaMe before export.
  • Use original Drive files for editing. Timecodes below are source search points; trim on complete words.

C4 · 60s story + 30s cut

Why I built InstaMe

  • Lead with the 60s story: Pinkie’s likeness → founder’s purpose → design work and imperfect attempts → the little details → preview yours. The required 30s cut is below.
  • Use only the linked recorded voices. Keep warmth, laughs and pauses; no generated founder VO or music. Captions only if unclear, plus the brief’s suggested opening caption.
  • Keep Pinkie consistent across mug, portrait and preview; keep the real temperature question/answer intact. Design development time is not order turnaround time.
